MorningStar’s hardworking caregivers are extraordinary people with “Great Hearts” who are committed to serving seniors and treating them as they would their own moms or dads or grandparents.  As a care manager, you will enjoy the experience of working with a caring team in a supportive, family-like environment. 

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our remarkable residents while you assist them with their activities of daily living.  Furthermore, unlike many work environments, you will be treated as an integral part of the team and encouraged to share creative solutions to help improve the lives of our residents.  You will also help to develop and review residents’ care plans, assist with mealtimes, and help keep your assigned residents’ suites clean and their personal belongings in order. When needed, you will help new team members get orientated.   

As a care manager, you will have opportunities for advancement including becoming one of our Lead Care Managers.  These dedicated individuals are champions of teamwork and provide support, coaching and training to team members while exhibiting a positive and caring attitude.  All of our care managers work to ensure our residents’ privacy, respect and dignity.
