We are blessed to have such a team of extraordinary individuals who share a felt calling to serve and feel honored to care for seniors.   They understand the important of building one relationship at a time and the significance of investing in fellow team members as well as our resident-families.   

One of the ways we have taken service to the next level is by providing each employee, regardless of their role, training in our service initiative we call Radiance, which is much more than a customer service program.  Rather it celebrates an attitude of selflessness that issues from a deep and sincere place, like a beam of light, and is used to guide the way we deliver service - with warmth, depth and sincerity.   

Moreover Radiance is a tangible way to fulfill a part of our mission statement that reads: to invest generously in our team’s ability to serve well; with a commitment to hiring and retaining employees who use creative minds and compassionate hearts to serve residents.  As one team member explains, “Through Radiance Training I was introduced to my new personal mission: to love everyone unconditionally and be a humble servant. I want to use the principles of Radiance to honor God, and to rise up new culture and positive environments.”
