At the Idaho MorningStar Senior Living communities, we recognize that our team, particularly the front-line service staff, is the very heartbeat of our homes and currently seek exceptional individuals with a felt calling to serve. Communities include MorningStar of Boise, MorningStar at Englefield Green and MorningStar of Idaho Falls.

While many of our homes are much newer, our parent company, MorningStar Senior Living celebrates its 18th anniversary this year, and we expect to be around for many more. MorningStar’s assisted living jobs include rewarding positions that allow you to work closely with our residents, their families and fellow team members. Currently we have openings in both Idaho Falls and Boise for a Concierge. Here you will often be the first impression people have of the community and essential in promoting Morningstar’s mission and vision. You will greet family members and other visitors, answer the telephone, sort and deliver mail as well as prepare snacks and refreshments for residents to enjoy throughout the day.

We also have openings for caregiver positions including care managers and medication care managers/QMAPs. These jobs also allow you to build strong relationships with our remarkable residents, in fact we encourage it. We feel the better you know the residents you serve; the more likely it is you will know exactly what they need when they need it. Other openings at our Boise and Idaho Falls communities include food servers, dishwashers, housekeeping jobs, and more.
